Responsibilities
  • To involve in selected mall or site visit and report preparation.
  • To coordinate and compile mall business performance report for review and meeting presentation.
  • To perform administration duties, handle and compile confidential matters, correspondences, operations, minutes of meeting and business reports.
  • To co-ordinate and schedule appointments, meetings and travelling.
  • To organize and maintain files and records.
  • To undertake special assignments, ad hoc functions, other related duties and to support superior whenever necessary.
  • To work in fast pace environment efficiently and have to work closely with other teams in order to achieve Company's goals.
Requirements
  • Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in any field.
  • English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Some Retail / Mall Management knowledge would be an added advantage.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and PR skills.
  • Must be good in report writing, research skills, computer literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Able to work under pressure and able to travel as assigned by superior.
  • Self-motivated with a high level of commitment and high level of integrity.
  • Possess own transport and highly mobile will be an added advantage.
