Requirements

Responsibilities
  1. Client Order Management
    • Handle client inquiries and assess manpower availability to determine order fulfillment capacity.
    • Liaise with Sales Personnel for resolution if orders cannot be met within the requested timeframe.
  2. Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination
    • Manage and monitor flight arrangements and client activities including shipment scheduling and tracking.
    • Coordinate with third-party vendors, suppliers, and carriers to ensure timely and safe delivery of goods.
    • Ensure all logistics activities comply with company standards for storage, handling, and transportation.
  3. Quality Assurance & Delivery Planning
    • Develop and implement Quality Plans to meet internal standards and client expectations.
    • Prepare Daily Delivery Plans and assign tasks to Operators to ensure timely and accurate execution.
    • Respond to client complaints professionally and work toward swift resolution.
  4. Communication & Cross-Department Collaboration
    • Maintain effective communication with internal teams and external partners.
    • Work closely with other departments to troubleshoot and prevent operation disruptions.
    • Support the Admin Department with inquiries related to On-Board Courier (OBC) operations.
  5. Documentation & Reporting
    • Ensure accurate and up-to-date operational documentation and reports.
    • Report operational performance to management regularly and suggest process improvements.
    • Maintain training records in line with Training Procedures and compliance standard.
