A dynamic outdoor organization in Malaysia is seeking a Junior People & Culture Executive cum Company Administrator. We are looking for a passionate and organized Junior People & Culture Executive cum Company Administrator to join our team and help us grow both our people and operations.
The Junior People & Culture Executive cum Company Administrator will support the company in two critical areas:
People & Culture: Managing HR processes, employee engagement, and promoting a positive workplace culture aligned with our values.
Company Administration: Overseeing day-to-day administrative operations to ensure smooth business functioning.
People & Culture
Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews, and preparing onboarding documents.
Coordinate employee engagement programs, wellness initiatives, and training sessions.
Support performance appraisal processes, learning and development, and career progression tracking.
Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws and company HR policies.
Foster a workplace culture that promotes inclusivity, diversity, and teamwork.
Company Administration
Manage daily office operations, including supplies, vendor relationships, and office maintenance.
Assist in financial administration tasks such as expense tracking, invoicing, and petty cash management.
Coordinate company events, meetings, and internal communications.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of company records in compliance with statutory requirements.
Diploma or degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in HR, people & culture, or administrative roles.
Knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and regulations.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, adaptable, and a team player with a passion for the outdoors.
