Admin Executive (Japanese Speaker, Fresh Grad Welcome!)

We are seeking a Japanese speaker Admin Executive for a Japanese restaurant located in Mont Kiara area. Fresh graduates welcome!

The admin executive is responsible for supporting overall restaurant operations, including administrative tasks, assisting with accounting and HR, store operation coordination, and communication support between the Japanese MD, head office, and local staff.

Job Responsibilities
Administrative and General Affairs
  • Manage store documents (contracts, invoices, purchase orders, etc.)
  • Data entry and preparation of daily reports and sales summaries
  • Manage inventory and procurement of office supplies and consumables
  • Handle mail correspondence and phone inquiries
  • Ad-hoc tasks assigned by Managing Director
Accounting and HR Support
  • Process purchases and payments; verify invoices
  • Compile and report sales and expense data
  • Support payroll processing and attendance management
  • Handle staff onboarding and offboarding documentation
Store Operations Support
  • Prepare shift schedules and coordinate staffing
  • Manage reservation systems and customer databases
  • Liaise with vendors (suppliers, cleaning, maintenance, etc.)
  • Coordinate communication between the store manager and the owner (MD)
Communication and Translation Support
  • Provide reporting, correspondence, and interpretation support for the Japanese MD and head office
  • Communicate instructions to local staff and translate documents between Japanese and English
Job Requirements
