Job Description
Documentation & Records Management
- Handle documentation such as claims, leave records, SOPs, reports, and data entry.
- Maintain organised and up-to-date records in internal systems and folders.
- Ensure all documents are accurate, complete, and properly filed.
2. Office Administration & Supplies
- Manage daily admin tasks including purchasing food & beverages, refilling snacks, and office supplies.
- Support general office operations to ensure a comfortable and well-functioning workplace.
- Coordinate with vendors or internal teams when needed.
3. Internal Coordination, Guest & Client Support
- Assist internal teams with scheduling, meeting arrangements, and administrative follow-ups.
- Welcome, guide, and assist clients or guests when they arrive at the office.
- Ensure visitors have a professional and positive experience.
4. Office Culture & Engagement
- Support and maintain a positive office culture through office decoration, festive setups, and internal activities.
- Assist in event planning and coordination for company events or team activities.
- Contribute ideas to improve employee experience and workplace environment
Job Requirements
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to handle routine administrative work
