A manufacturing company in Johor is seeking an Administrative Executive to support Director's office with responsibilities such as managing schedules, preparing reports, and handling correspondence. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and have at least 2 years experience in administrative roles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong organizational skills are essential. This role offers the opportunity to work independently in a dynamic environment.
Provide general administrative duties in Director office: manage meeting schedules, reports, responding to emails/correspondence and etc.
Prepare reports, presentation and other documentation for meetings and presentations.
Arrange signing of documents for directors as well as to report, update or provide relevant information for Director's acknowledgement.
Manage ad-hoc functions as assigned by the Directors.
Provide support and assistance to other team members as needed.
