A co-living space company located in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide support for efficient operations and customer service. Responsibilities include managing admin tasks, event organization, and client interactions. The ideal candidate should possess at least an SPM/Diploma, have strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. Possess at least SPM/Diploma, or equivalent
Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply
Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken)
Excellent copywriting skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Powerpoint
Bonus if you can do poster designs with tools like Canva
Familiar with social media platform like FB, Instagram, Whatsapp, etc
Must be very organised, efficient, detailed, and high sense of responsibility
Ability to work with minimum supervision, and possess good working attitude
Efficient implementation of work, proactive, reliable and good team player
Provide administrative support and ensure efficient operations
Perform admin duties such as book keeping, filing, typing, sorting, checking of documents, generating reports and etc.
Handles incoming and outgoing mails, text, messages and assist in data entry
Provide excellent customer service, follow up and inquiries from clients.
Perform customer engagement and relation building activities
Event organisation & management for offline/online events & workshop
Other ad hoc duties may be added from time to time
