Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support and ensure efficient operations.
  • Perform admin duties including bookkeeping, filing, and document checking.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mails and assist in data entry.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up inquiries.
  • Engage with customers and build relations.
  • Organise and manage offline/online events and workshops.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as needed.

Skills

Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken)

Responsibility
  • Provide administrative support and ensure efficient operations

  • Handles incoming and outgoing mails, text, messages and assist in data entry

  • Provide excellent customer service, follow up and inquiries from clients.

  • Perform customer engagement and relation building activities

  • Other ad hoc duties may be added from time to time
