We're seeking a highly organised and efficient Admin Exec to join our team at RESTU ABADI JAYA ENTERPRISE' in Raub Pahang. This full-time role is a crucial part of our administrative support function, providing a wide range of clerical and organisational assistance to ensure the smooth running of our operations.

What you'll be doing
  • Providing administrative support to management and other teams
  • Handling a variety of administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, archiving, and document management
  • Assisting with the coordination of meetings, travel arrangements, and other logistics
  • Answering and directing phone calls, responding to inquiries, and providing excellent customer service
  • Maintaining and updating office records, databases, and other systems
  • Supporting the implementation of office procedures and policies
  • Undertaking any other general administrative duties as required
