  • Prepare monthly sales reports for management review.
  • Channel customer feedback to relevant departments.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales department.
  • Assist in sales documentation and purchasing raw materials.
  • Prepare shipping documents for import/export activities.
  • Monitor and coordinate company utility matters.

Responsibilities
  • Receive and process customer purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Issue sales transaction invoices in accordance with company procedures.
  • Verify customer orders, including personal information and payment details, to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Contact customers via phone or email to respond to enquiries and obtain any missing or additional information when required.
  • Maintain, update and manage sales records and customer databases in an organized and systematic manner.
  • Compile and prepare monthly sales reports for management review.
  • Channel customer feedback, enquiries or complaints to the relevant departments for further action.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales department and assist with other related administrative tasks as requested.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales documentation and the purchasing of raw materials.
  • Assist in preparing shipping documents for import and export activities and follow up on shipment status.
  • Responsible for monitoring, recording and coordinating company utility matters including electricity, water, telephone and internet services, ensuring timely payment and proper documentation.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by management from time to time.
