Responsibilities
- Receive and process customer purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Issue sales transaction invoices in accordance with company procedures.
- Verify customer orders, including personal information and payment details, to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Contact customers via phone or email to respond to enquiries and obtain any missing or additional information when required.
- Maintain, update and manage sales records and customer databases in an organized and systematic manner.
- Compile and prepare monthly sales reports for management review.
- Channel customer feedback, enquiries or complaints to the relevant departments for further action.
- Provide administrative support to the sales department and assist with other related administrative tasks as requested.
- Assist in the preparation of sales documentation and the purchasing of raw materials.
- Assist in preparing shipping documents for import and export activities and follow up on shipment status.
- Responsible for monitoring, recording and coordinating company utility matters including electricity, water, telephone and internet services, ensuring timely payment and proper documentation.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management from time to time.
