IPRO GROUP SDN BHD is seeking an experienced Admin Customer Service to join our team in Kangar Perlis. This full‑time role will be responsible for providing efficient and effective administrative and customer service support to our growing operations. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth running of our day‑to‑day business activities.

What you'll be doing
  • Handling customer enquiries and providing high‑quality customer service
  • Customer Service must handle all incoming questions from multiple platforms such as WhatsApp, calls, Facebook, Shopee, TikTok, or walk‑in customers.
  • Assisting with the processing of orders, invoices, and other administrative tasks
  • Provide accurate information (price, stock, process, duration, warranty) to customers
  • Participating in team meetings and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
What we're looking for
  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably within the Administration & Office Support industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
  • A proactive, flexible, and adaptable approach to work
