Responsibilities
  • Able to handle general administration work, issue invoice, received stock.
  • To follow up daily jobs execution to make sure follow SOP and prepare and submit relevant reports on time without delay.
  • Work closely with internal department head to verify relevant documents and reports.
  • Monitor weekly/monthly stocks movement highlight high/low stock level and oversee levels of our warehouse stock and place orders as needed.
  • Able to plan ahead and follow-through, excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Assist inventory management team on paperwork and reporting.
  • Able to work independently and capable of multitasking. Good organizational skills, keen attention to detail and aptitude for problem solving.
