Job summary

A logistics service provider in Malaysia is looking for an Admin-cum-Accounts Assistant located in Bandar Bukit Tinggi. In this role, you will support the accounts department by organizing financial records, handling data entry, and preparing invoices. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in admin and accounting roles, be detail-oriented, and proficient in MS Office. Excellent communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is an advantage. This position involves Monday to Friday working hours.

Admin-cum-Accounts Assistant (Bandar Bukit Tinggi)

The company provides a wide range of total logistics services in Malaysia, including freight forwarding, customs declarations, clearance, transportation, warehousing and distribution, removal and packaging, special project cargo handling, and trading services.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the accounts department in preparing, organizing, and maintaining financial records.
  • Handle data entry, filing, and document management to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Prepare and process invoices, payment vouchers, and basic accounting reports.
  • Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal teams on account or administrative matters.
  • Monitor and respond to emails, calls, and correspondence promptly.
  • Support daily office operations, including scheduling, coordination, and clerical tasks.
  • Assist in preparing monthly reports and other ad-hoc assignments as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in accounting and admin support roles.
  • SPM, Diploma, Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Computer literate and proficient in MS Office.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (added advantage).
  • Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm.
  • Willing to work at Bandar Bukit Tinggi, Klang.
