Responsibilities
  • Responsible for daily administrative and accounting tasks.
  • Receiving and processing all expenses, claim forms, managing petty cash and staff claims.
  • Assist in AR, AP, general accounting tasks and daily accounting function.
  • Manage documents, records and maintain good and organized filing for data retrieval.
  • Any other duties as assigned by superior.
Qualifications & Expectations
  • Possess Higher Secondary/Certificate/Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting or related field.
  • Basic understanding of accountancy and bookkeeping.
  • Basic skill in writing formal letters for bank, business purposes, etc.
  • Must be hardworking, responsible, self‑motivated, initiative and independent.
Location
