Responsibilities

Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records and documentation

Update ledgers and accounting systems to ensure financial accuracy

Track customer payments and follow up on outstanding invoices in a timely manner

Process supplier invoices, payments, and related documentation

Assist in preparing monthly and yearly financial reports

Coordinate and liaise between departments to ensure smooth daily operations

Provide administrative support to managers, teams, and departments for day-to-day tasks

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices

Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); accounting system experience is an advantage

Well‑organised, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask
