Job summary

A growing management service provider in Iskandar Puteri is seeking an Admin/Data Entry personnel to assist with accounting data entry and payroll processing. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience or a diploma in a related field, along with strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills. Familiarity with Mandarin is a plus. This full-time position offers a salary of RM 1,700 to RM 2,800 monthly, along with annual bonuses and company trips.

Job Description
  • Assist with accounting data entry to accounting system
  • Prepare and process monthly payroll in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Prepare monthly payroll, wages, and statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, etc.); prepare payroll summaries. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day office administrative work as assigned.
Qualifications
  • 1 year of experience or Diploma in related field. (SPM & Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal. It’s a plus to understand Mandarin.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Able to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and a positive working attitude.
