Job summary

A leading laundry service provider in Malaysia is seeking a responsible Collection Centre Staff member to ensure smooth operations at the outlet. You will greet customers, assist with laundry transactions, and maintain organization in the center. Job description

We are looking for a responsible and friendly Collection Centre Staff member to join our AERO SPARKLE- De'Campus outlet team. You will be the first point of contact for customers dropping off and picking up laundry. Your role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations, excellent customer service, and timely handling of laundry items.

Greet customers and assist with laundry drop-off and pick-up

Record customer details and laundry items accurately in the system or logbook

Tag and label laundry items for identification

Collect payments and issue receipts

Handle cash and maintain accurate daily records

Coordinate with the main laundry processing centre for pickups and deliveries

Inspect incoming and outgoing laundry for damages or missing items

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the collection centre

Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally

Follow all hygiene and safety guidelines

Minimum SPM or equivalent preferred

Basic computer knowledge

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Honest, responsible, and punctual

Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Previous experience in customer service or laundry services is an advantage

Willing to work on weekends and public holidays
