Job description
Admin Clerk Responsibilities
  • Fully responsible related to foreign worker matters such as permit renewal E-PLKS, passport renewal, Fomema arrangement, IG, SKHPPA purchase and Perkeso.
  • To ensure all permit are renew accordingly.
  • To ensure all permit renewal data up to date
  • Other related task assigned from time to time
  • Handle new & renewal application of foreign workers
  • Coordination of levy refund, insurance claims and any other claims related to foreign workers.
  • Coordinate the preparation of regularly scheduled reports or any ad-hoc reports as and when required.
  • Provide necessary support to other HR & Admin functions as deemed necessary.
Key Requirements
  • Candidate Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent in verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Immediate position
  • Ability to work with tight timelines
  • Possess own transport
