Job description
Admin Assistant (Temporary - 3 Months Contract)

To provide administrative and records management support to the Customer Accounts Relations (CAR) Department by assisting with the organisation, digitisation, and proper storage of purchaser files in accordance with internal documentation and safeguards requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Open and review physical file boxes and systematically record purchaser file details, including Company, Project, Phase, and Unit Number.
  • Scan, label, and organise purchaser files accurately for digital and physical record-keeping purposes.
  • Prepare Safeguards Records in accordance with departmental guidelines and documentation standards.
  • Arrange, categorise, and store physical records properly in the designated storeroom to ensure easy retrieval and compliance.
  • Ensure all documents are handled with confidentiality and care, maintaining accuracy and completeness at all times.

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM/ STPM/ A-Level/ Diploma/ Pre-U qualification; Undergraduates who are on semester break are welcomed to apply.
  • Willing to work on 3 months contract basis.
  • Able to communicate well in English and Malay (both written and spoken).
  • Basic computer literacy (e.g. Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, file scanning systems).
  • Able to perform repetitive and detail-oriented tasks with a high level of accuracy.
  • Responsible, organised, and able to complete tasks within set timelines.
