Admin Assistant (Sunway Big Box Retail Park)

Responsibilities
  1. Support daily operation, administrative works, documents systemization, report files, filling and upkeep for both Marketing and Leasing Department.
  2. Manage day‑to‑day responsibilities such as monitoring and preparing Sunway eMall goods for customers.
  3. Manage inventories and facilities under Marketing.
  4. Assist in Marketing events as and when deemed necessary.
  5. Handle and manage Marketing day‑to‑day operational work.
  6. Manage selected retail trades and provide Marketing support to tenants.
  7. Serve as liaison between Leasing Department and retailers at the shopping center.
  8. Prioritize, organize, prepare and distribute internal/external documents accordingly.
  9. Prepare, create, edit requested letters, reports and presentations via Microsoft Programs such as WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT, etc.
  10. Compose and type correspondence, tenant’s memos and maintain up‑to‑date retailer files – both hard files at the CMO and digital files.
  11. Assist the Department in follow‑up and collecting pending tenancy related documents from the retailers.
  12. Collect and document sales report from retailers as stipulated in the Tenancy Agreement.
  13. Collect and maintain retailers’ and clients’ certificate of insurance prior to expiration.
  14. Provide support for all leasing and real‑estate related duties.
  15. Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time.
Requirements
  • Possess at least SPM/ STPM/ Certificate/Advanced Diploma/ Diploma in Administration or its equivalent.
  • Competent in writing and communicating in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Prior experience in clerical and administration works is an added advantage.
  • Computer literate with knowledge in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Highly creative, self‑motivated and has ability to work independently.
  • Has understanding of mall landscape and interest to grow in the mall industry.
  • Passionate towards materializing events and campaigns.
  • Required skills: Teamwork, administrative and organizational skills.
