Admin Assistant / Receptionist (Full-Time)

We are looking for a dedicated and humble Admin Assistant / Receptionist to join our rehabilitation and medical support team. Many of our clients are OKU / disabled community, so kindness, patience, and respect are essential.

Responsibilities
  • Answer and manage phone calls professionally
  • Schedule and coordinate patient appointments
  • Register patient check‑in/check‑out
  • Maintain documentation and reports accurately
  • Assist in administrative tasks (data entry, filing, scanning)
  • Follow up with clients regarding appointments
  • Support day‑to‑day office operations
  • Overtime may be required when needed
Qualifications
  • Minimum education: SPM / Diploma / Degree
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken & written)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word
  • Very humble and polite personality – able to work calmly with OKU patients and families
  • Responsible, organized, and able to work independently
  • Preferably able to start as soon as possible
