This role involves overseeing administrative functions to ensure smooth operations and compliance with policies and regulations. The Admin Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing document and archive processes, visa and contract administration, license renewals, reception coordination, and providing operational support across the organization. The position requires collaboration with internal teams and external vendors to maintain efficient administrative operations.
