Job summary

An innovative technology firm in Malaysia is seeking an Administrative Assistant. Responsibilities include assisting with office tasks, managing documents, and supporting HR and procurement. Candidates should possess a diploma, 1-2 years of relevant experience, and good communication skills. Proficiency in BM, Chinese, and English is essential, with Mandarin proficiency as an advantage. This position offers a salary range of RM2,500 to RM3,500 based on experience.

Qualifications

  • Responsible and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily office administrative tasks.
  • Support HR, procurement, and finance documentation.
  • Assist in preparing quotations and organizing documents.
  • Support Business Development Manager with tender submissions.
  • Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.

Skills

Good communication and coordination skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
