Job Responsibility

  • Manage office supplies, stationery, and equipment.
  • Handle filing, documentation, and record-keeping (manual and digital).
  • Prepare reports, letters, and other documents as required
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Maintain proper documentation for internal audits or external inspections.
  • Assist in coordinating daily operational activities.
  • Liaise with vendors, clients, and logistics partners to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Support inventory management and stock monitoring.
  • Help in preparing delivery schedules, job orders, or work instructions
  • Monitor and follow up on project progress or task completion
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Based Location at Bandar Sunway, Subang Jaya.
  • At Least Diploma holder
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in this field
  • Good command of English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia in spoken and written.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Able to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
