Requirements
  • Minimum SPM / Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field (Diploma preferred)
  • Proficient in computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel, Word, email, and basic accounting systems.
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and financial documentation.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality of all financial information and company records.
  • Good organizational skills, including filing, handling invoices, receipts, and document management.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in administration, accounting, or finance tasks is an added advantage.
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Honest, responsible, disciplined, and proactive.
Responsibility
  • Perform daily sales reconciliation and prepare related reports.
  • Key in invoices, update records, and ensure accurate data entry.
  • Assist in stock checking and maintain proper stock records.
  • Handle supplier invoices, filing, and general documentation.
  • Prepare and organise administrative paperwork for daily operations.
  • Monitor email correspondence and assist with basic office communication.
  • Maintain proper filing systems for easy document retrieval.
  • Support day-to-day office tasks, including photocopying, scanning, and organizing documents.
  • Assist in updating spreadsheets, forms, and administrative databases.
  • Coordinate with internal staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Perform any other administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor or manager.
