A local company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a responsible individual to handle billing processes and coordinate deliveries. The candidate will collaborate closely with sales teams and the warehouse to ensure timely operations while managing customer inquiries. Requirements include at least SPM or diploma in any field, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. The role also calls for a mature personality, self-motivation, and the ability to multitask independently.
Responsible for billing process, issuance of Delivery Order and Sales Invoices.
Liaise and coordinate with sales teams on order processing and deliveries arrangement.
Collaborate with warehouse to ensure timely deliveries.
Work together with warehouse team on daily stock control.
Handle customers' calls and enquiries on delivery operations.
Liaise with delivery staff/stores on delivery operations.
Perform general administrative task such as filling of documents.
Undertake any ad-hoc tasks that assigned by management.
