In this vital role, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our Ipoh-based office. With a focus on organisation and attention to detail, you will play a key part in enabling our team to excel.

What you’ll be doing
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings and make travel arrangements for our team
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, both electronic and physical
  • Assist with data entry, reporting and other administrative tasks as required
  • Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Support the wider team with ad-hoc projects and administrative duties
What we’re looking for
  • Proven experience as an administrator or administrative assistant, ideally gained in a fast‑paced office environment
  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional manner
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Confident and proactive, with a keen eye for detail
