Job summary

A leading manufacturer in Malaysia is looking for an Office Administration and Human Resources Executive. This role involves managing office tasks like utility payments and handling HR functions such as salary processing. We welcome fresh graduates as well as candidates with relevant experience. Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia are essential. The position offers a starting salary between RM 2,500 and RM 3,000, alongside additional employer contributions to EPF, SOSCO, and EIS.

Tumasek Pewter is currently seeking an Office Administration and Human Resources Executive. The details of this position are listed as follows:

Responsibilities
  • Office Administrative Works such as payment of company utilities bills, banking transactions, application of business licenses.
  • Human Resources duties such as processing employee salary, leave, permit applications.
  • Issuing company invoices & bills.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources or other related discipline.
  • No formal working experience required. Aptitude and keenness to work is preferred.
  • Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Knowledge and experience in MS-Office suites is preferred.
  • Candidate with relevant working experience but without the above qualification is encouraged to apply.
Remuneration Package
  • Starting basic salary range from RM 2,500.00 to RM 3,000.00, commensurate with work experience and qualifications.
  • Employer’s contribution to employee’s EPF, SOSCO and EIS.
Work Place

5 days week, Monday to Friday (8.30 am to 5.30 pm).

Job Training
  • Work process and procedures will be provided in-house.
  • Training will be provided to familiarize with the company’s HR 2000 HR System and Autocount Accounting System.
  • Will be sent to HRDF job training and seminar to upgrade employee knowledge and skill.
