Job description
Job Purpose:

As an Admin and HR Specialist, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end admin and HR operational services (including employee mobility administration, administration of HR systems and programs, benefits plan, etc.) to cover the seamless operation of the assigned locations.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support in the area of daily office operations to ensure smooth running of operations.
  • Work with the Facilities regarding any co-worker needs. Handle day-to-day office administration.
  • Manage questions and issues from co-workers and managers. Determines escalations and resolution through company programs and policies.
  • Maintain appropriate procedures to manage visa and immigration processing. Monitor visa status and deadlines to ensure cases are initiated in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate closely with oncoming new coworkers and third-party vendor for relocation ensuring relocated coworkers have everything they need and have all items needed for first day of work.
  • Engage in the full-process recruitment process and ensure efficient delivery of results. Follow up with orientation, apartment, house renting, team building, allowance / compensation & benefits, individual income tax, insurance, school, and any other potential matters.
  • Check and verify invoices, quotations, and service contracts for accuracy before sending them for approval. Provide other daily administrative and human resources services.
