The position supports daily accounting and procurement operations, including purchase order processing, invoice verification, payment tracking, and supplier coordination. The role works closely with internal departments to ensure accurate financial records, controlled procurement practices, and adherence to company policies, systems, and standard operating procedures.
In addition, the role provides administrative support for human resource and compliance matters, ensuring proper documentation, timely reporting, and alignment with internal controls and regulatory requirements. The role also prepares basic financial, procurement, HR, and compliance reports to support operational and management needs.
