About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Senior Executive to join our team. In this full‑time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day accounting operations, ensuring the accuracy and timely completion of financial records and reporting.

This role suits someone from a medium or large accounting firm who wants to apply their skills in a more flexible environment and be recognised for producing quality work.

What you’ll be doing
  • Manage the accounts payable and receivable functions, including processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and monitoring cash flow.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
  • Assist with monthly management reports.
  • Communicate with clients professionally, request information proactively and provide clear follow‑up.
  • Handle ad hoc accounting and administrative tasks as required.
What we’re looking for
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar senior accounting role or outsourced accounting environment.
  • Proactive attitude, strong attention to detail and reliability, with the ability to learn quickly and manage multiple client deadlines independently in a remote environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Good written and spoken English, with professional communication skills.
  • Proficient in the use of accounting software (experience with Xero is an advantage but not essential) and Microsoft Office.
  • Relevant accounting qualifications, such as ACCA, CIMA, or CPA, would be an advantage but not necessary.
