Job summary

A technology company located in Selangor is seeking a candidate for the Accounts Receivable role. Responsibilities include managing sales invoices, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, assisting with collections, and preparing monthly statements. The ideal candidate should have a diploma or degree, along with 1-2 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in an SAP/ERP environment. Proficiency in accounting rules, as well as in Bahasa English and Malaysia, is required.

Qualifications

• At least LCCI Higher / Diploma / Degree.
• 1-2 years of working experience.
• Experience in SAP/ERP environment.
• Good knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures.

Responsibilities

• Handle the entire Accounts Receivable module.
• Ensure sub-ledger(s) tally with GL control accounts.
• Assist in collections and customer queries.
• Prepare monthly statements of accounts.

Skills

Proficiency in SAP/ERP

Proficiency in Bahasa English

Ability to work under pressure

Good knowledge of accounting
