Job summary

Kim Chuan Oils & Fats Sdn Bhd – Klang, Selangor

  • Handle full set of accounts, including monthly/yearly closing, journal entries, accruals, and depreciation.
  • Manage SST compliance and E‑Invoicing processes, providing support to the sales team as needed.
  • Prepare financial statements, invoices, and tax‑related documentation.
  • Monitor cash flow (AR/AP), follow up on outstanding payments, and conduct variance reports/P&L analysis.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders: Auditors, Tax Agents, Company Secretaries, and Bankers.
  • Manage staff claims and petty cash transactions.
  • Payroll Management: Process payroll for 15–20 pax, including OT, leave records, and statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDF).
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Handle job postings, candidate filtering, interviews, and induction for new hires.
  • Employee & Industrial Relations: Foster workplace culture, manage grievances/disciplinary actions, and provide HR opinions to Management.
  • Compliance & Policies: Maintain the Employee Handbook and ensure alignment with the Malaysian Employment Act.
  • Licensing: Manage business license renewals, safety requirements (Typhoid vax/Fomema), and SME grant applications.
