Accounts & Finance Assistant/Executive (Junior / Fresh Graduate are Welcome)

Responsibilities

• Record and update daily financial transactions.
• Maintain accounts and financial records.
• Prepare invoices and process payments.
• Handle accounts payable and/or receivable.
• Reconcile and verify bank statements and cash reports from sales.
• Assist in monthly closing, management reports, and cash flow preparation.
• Process claims and expenses.
• Support inter-departmental collaboration, such as operations for terminal arrangements and business license applications.
• Communicate with suppliers, tenants, landlords, and internal departments on payment and account matters.
• Contribute to ad hoc tasks assigned by the head of department/CFO.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
