Job Vacancy: Account Executive (Full Set Accounting)

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Account Executive (Full Set Accounting) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling full sets of accounts, monthly closing, financial reporting, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities
  • Handle full set of accounts and manage day-to-day accounting operations.
  • Perform monthly account closing and ensure timely and accurate financial records.
  • Prepare financial statements, notes to accounts, cash flow projections, and fixed asset registers.
  • Prepare and submit SST returns and assist in statutory, management, and tax reporting.
  • Reconcile accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), inter-company transactions, and bank statements.
  • Manage monthly collections, follow up on outstanding payments, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Liaise with Business Units, external auditors, internal auditors, tax agents, and bankers when required.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably handling full set accounts.
  • Knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards, SST, and statutory reporting requirements.
