Vacancy: Accounts Executive / Accounts Assistant (Bookkeeping)

We are a professional book‑keeping services firm providing accounting support to SMEs and Sdn. Bhd. companies. We are currently looking for a responsible and detail‑oriented Accounts Executive / Accounts Assistant to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle full / partial sets of accounts for SME and Sdn. Bhd. clients
  • Perform daily book‑keeping, data entry, and account reconciliations
  • Prepare management accounts and basic financial reports
  • Assist in monthly and yearly closing of accounts
  • Liaise with clients on accounting and book‑keeping matters
  • Communicate with Mandarin‑speaking clients from China
  • Perform other accounting‑related duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in book‑keeping or accounting (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
  • Able to speak, read, and write Chinese (required to liaise with clients from China)
  • Familiar with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • Well‑organised, responsible, and able to work independently
