About the role

As an Accounts Executive at Konica Minolta Business Solutions (M) Sdn Bhd, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records and ensuring accurate and timely accounting processes. This is a full-time role based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

What you'll be doing
  • Preparing and processing invoices, payments, and other financial transactions
  • Reconciling bank statements and maintaining accurate accounting records
  • Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and statements
  • Conducting data entry and maintaining the company's accounting systems
  • Providing support to the finance team as needed
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
What we're looking for
  • Relevant degree or diploma in Accounting or a related field
