Job description

The company’s core business is providing haulage and transportation services.

Responsibilities:

• Handle the full set of accounts, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately.
• Manage daily accounting operations, including invoicing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and ensure all records are up to date.
• Prepare timely financial reports, monthly management accounts, and payroll processing.
• Ensure all statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, and EIS) are calculated and submitted correctly.
• Maintain organized filing systems for all financial documents and correspondence.
• Assist in year-end audit preparations and coordinate with external auditors when necessary.
• Monitor company cash flow and assist in basic budget tracking.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 4–5 years of working experience in accounting, with proven experience in handling full sets.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and statutory requirements in Malaysia.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Able to work independently and meet tight reporting deadlines.
• Willing to work in Telok Gong, Port Klang.
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday: 8:00am to 6:00pm, Saturday (Alternate) : 8:00am to 1:00pm.
