Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a full set of accounting records, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.
• Support accounts payable and receivable tasks, including checking invoices, updating the general ledger, and performing monthly bank reconciliations.
• Assist in payroll processing in coordination with the HR department.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash flow) for management review.
• Provide financial data and insights to assist in budgeting and forecasting.
• Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing of accounts in compliance with local tax regulations.
• Prepare financial statements and support the annual statutory audit process.
• Maintain proper documentation, filing, and verification of all financial transactions.
• Assist in ad hoc administrative and accounting tasks as required by the Director.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and financial reporting standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 1-3 years of accounting experience; fresh graduates with strong internship experience are welcome to apply.
• Languages: Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is required.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with AutoCount is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail as accounts executive.
• Good communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
• Independent, proactive, and willing to take ownership of tasks.
