Job description

The Accounts Executive is responsible for managing the full set of accounts, consolidation, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, handling daily accounting operations, and supporting the overall financial health of the company.

Responsibilities
  • Handle monthly closing activities and ensure accuracy of financial statements.
  • Perform bank reconciliation, ledger reconciliation, and account adjustments.
  • Preparing monthly financial reports, management reports, and analysis.
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting when required.
  • Support improvements to accounting processes and internal controls.
  • Any other tasks assigned by the Management.
Qualifications
  • Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 above years’ experience handling full set of accounts.
  • Proficient in accounting software.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards and principles.
  • Good understanding of SST, tax compliance, and payroll process.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy and time management.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
