Job summary

A recruitment management office in Petaling Jaya is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant. Responsibilities include invoicing, financial report preparation, and credit control assistance. Applicants should have a degree in Accounting/Finance and be proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Melayu. This role offers a salary of MYR 3,000 to MYR 4,000 depending on experience.

Job Description
  • Issue Invoicing
  • Timely preparation of financial reports (Full Sets of Accounts)
  • Ensure payment transactions are processed and properly recorded
  • Assist in Credit Control together with the Senior
  • Maintain proper accounting record and filing
  • Manage office maintenance, servicing and supplies
  • Provide administrative assistance to management
Job Requirements
  • Degree in Accounting/Finance
