XIN MENG MINING SDN BHD is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our finance team. As an Accounts Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting our accounting operations and maintaining accurate financial records. This full-time position is based in our Kuantan, Pahang office.

Job Description

• Prepare and process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate payments and collections
• Maintain general ledger accounts and reconcile bank statements
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
• Perform data entry and ensure the accuracy of financial information
• Provide support to the finance team in ad-hoc projects and tasks as required

Requirements

• A relevant degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in an accounts executive or similar role, preferably in the mining or manufacturing industry
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in using accounting software SQL and Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Able to communicate and written in Mandarin, English and Malay. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
