Tatler Asia (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, financial analysis, and financial reporting. We are looking for a detail‑oriented professional who is knowledgeable in accounting principles, has excellent communication skills, and can work independently as well as in a team.

Responsibilities
  • Manage day‑to‑day accounting operations, including accounts payable and general ledger.
  • Keep accurate records for all daily transactions and work closely with the Head of Finance to ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.
  • Participate in month‑end and year‑end closing activities and financial reporting.
  • Develop and maintain financial reports and records, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather financial data and perform variance analysis.
  • Coordinate and manage audits, including liaising with auditors and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Positive & self‑motivated and have own initiative to work extra hours if required.
Qualifications
  • Fresh degree graduate with an accounting education background is acceptable. Possess Professional Accountancy Qualification/Diploma/Degree.
  • 1 year and above of relevant field working experience is highly preferable.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in accounting software and tools.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team and manage multiple tasks with strict deadlines.
