Join Our Team as an Account Executive

Location: 3, Jalan Taruka,Tampoi Industrial Estate, 80350 Johor Bahru

We are looking for an experienced Account Executive to manage the full set of manufacturing accounts and contribute to the financial success of Tai Thong Industries (M) Sdn Bhd.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial records (journal entries, bank reconciliations, costing, financial statements)
• Manage accounts payable and receivable: invoicing, processing payments, and collections.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, costing and financial analysis
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
• Support the finance team and collaborate with other departments

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in full set accounts, with knowledge of manufacturing accounts
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accurate record-keeping
• Proficient in accounting software (Access UBS Accounting, Auto count etc.)
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Diploma & above in Accounting or related field
