A property development company in Selangor is seeking an accounting and HR professional to handle the preparation of accounts, management of payroll, and staff onboarding. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Accounting or HR, with knowledge of accounting practices and experience in property development being advantageous. Fluency in Mandarin is preferred as the role involves liaising with Mandarin-speaking clients. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on both accounting and human resources.
Responsible for the preparation of a full set of accounts and the timely submission of monthly management accounts with audit schedules.
Prepare and ensure timely payment of monthly installments including cash flow monitoring.
Liaise with external parties on auditing, tax, secretarial matters and so on.
Maintain journal entries, analyses and reconcile bank statement and inter-company accounts.
HR
Handle staff onboarding, confirmation, and exit formalities.
Maintain HR documentation, including employment contracts and leave records.
Assist in recruitment and coordination of interviews.
Maintain payroll information by collecting, calculating and entering data to ensure accurate and timely processing.
Job Requirements:
Degree/ Diploma in Account / HR or equivalent.
Knowledge in accounting practices and experience in property development will be added advantage
Being well-versed in computerized accounting systems and Microsoft Excel is an added advantage.
Candidate is fluent in Mandarin is preferred as this role required to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
