Finelab Cosmeceuticals Sdn Bhd, an established cosmeceuticals manufacturer based in Puchong, Selangor, is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accounts cum HR Executive to join our dynamic team. This full-time role will be responsible for managing all aspects of the company's accounting and human resources functions.

What you'll be doing
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations
  • Handling payroll and employee benefits administration
  • Coordinating recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations activities
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting and HR regulations
  • Providing support to the management team as needed
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar accounts cum HR role, preferably in the manufacturing or cosmetics industry
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards and payroll regulations
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
  • Proficient in using SQL accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and stakeholder management
  • A team player with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
