Job summary
A reputable company in Seremban is seeking an accountant to manage daily accounting tasks, prepare invoices and monthly financial reports. Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Handle daily accounting tasks including data entry and document management.
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
- Reconcile bank statements and ledgers.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports.

Job Responsibilities
- Handle daily accounting tasks including data entry, filing, and document management
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records
- Reconcile bank statements and company ledgers
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports
- Manage petty cash and ensure accurate documentation
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and clients on billing and payment matters
- Perform accounts and administration duties
Requirements
- Minimum experience 2 – 5 years is preferred
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training will be provided)
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); knowledge of accounting software SQL is a plus
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Working days: Monday to Friday, alternate Saturday (full day)
- Working hours: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
