Responsibilities
  • Prepare monthly Management Accounts and other management reports required by management on a timely basis.
  • Perform the day-to-day processing of accounts transactions.
  • Perform monthly close activities, including accruals and vendor statement reconciliations.
  • Reconcile processed work by verifying accounting entries and comparing system reports to balances.
  • Maintain a proper filing system and ensure traceability of documents for Statutory Audit and Tax compliance purposes.
  • Support and participate in ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned.
Requirements
  • Experience in handling full set Accounting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Mature and dedicated, with good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Resourceful and self-driven with a strong sense of commitment.
  • Understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting skills.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks Online accounting systems is an advantage.
