Accounts and Logistic Executive (URGENT)

Job Description:

  • Able to work independently and provide support to team members.
  • Computer literate and competent in Microsoft office and Accounting Software such as UBS.
  • Perform ad hoc duties assigned by superior from time to time.
  • Manage accounting records, reconciliation and perform consolidation of financial statement.
  • Assist in financial reporting, audit and tax submission.
  • Communicate and liaise with external parties such as auditor, logistic partners, company secretary, bankers, customers, suppliers and government authorities such as Jabatan Kastam dan Imigresen.
  • Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reporting and variance analysis.
  • Prepare monthly management reports and financial results within timeline.
  • Manage, monitor and adjust cash flow requirements with available cash resources.
  • Plan and organize transportation activities of inventory and packages, including storage of goods, manage documentation related to items in transport, plan transportation movements, and arrange for services as necessary.
  • Liaise with internal parties such as Project Department to ensure the packages arrived as scheduled.
  • Coordinate, track and update movement of goods.
  • Execute logistics plan to move products and packages to reach destinations on schedule.
  • Review freight rates and other transportation costs to keep working costs low.
  • Maintains quality and cost efficiency throughout the logistic processes.
