Position: Accounts and Admin (Senior / AM)

Working Day: Mon - Fri (9am - 6pm)

Responsibilities
  • Handle bookkeeping and daily accounting entries
  • Prepare and manage Office Accounts and Client Accounts
  • Assist in billing, invoicing, and payment processing
  • Maintain proper filing systems and administrative records
  • Support general office administration and clerical duties
  • Liaise with banks, auditors, and external parties as needed
  • Ensure timely and accurate data entry into accounting systems
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the management
Requirements
  • Bookkeeping qualification or equivalent
  • Basic understanding of legal office procedures is an added advantage
  • Familiar with preparing and handling both Office and Client Accounts
