Qualifications

  • Experience in accounting & administrative functions.
  • Knowledge of SQL Accounting is a plus.
  • Good communication skills in Mandarin, English & Malay.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full set of accounts and assist with month-end closing.
  • Handle AP, AR, GL postings & monthly bank reconciliation.
  • Prepare and submit SST and e-Invoice.
  • Prepare payroll and ensure timely EPF, SOCSO & PCB submissions.
  • Support HR functions and office administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate documentation, filing, and general office operations.
